Professor Ruth Kanfer spoke with the College of Sciences about AI-ALOE and how the Institute is working to advance the care of older workers, the future of the workforce post-pandemic, and whether older workers will return to work.

“I’m interested in adult learning for reskilling, upskilling, and lifelong learning. I am using my expertise in age-related changes in cognitive and motivational/affective processes to help in the development of agents and tools that will help us with theory of mind and benefit adult learners and teachers,” said Kanfer.
