Jonna Garcia’s Learning Journey

A user journey is a path a user takes to achieve a goal. It’s a series of interactions and experiences that a user has with a platform from start to finish. By mapping out user journeys, we can gain a deeper understanding of a user’s needs and desires and create a more intuitive and user-friendly platform. We have constructed a conceptual user journey for learners. For this Learner Journey, we created a fictional student, Jonna Carcia, a 27-year-old business analyst living in New York and hoping to secure a higher paying job completing graduate studies. She applied to Georgia Tech’s Online Master of Science in Computer Science program and gets accepted to the Fall 2023 cohort (you may click to enlarge the image).
